Swezey Trophy

Awarded for the best overall Optimist season performance in the GSBYRA Junior* Regattas selected by the Executive Committee and the Class Captain, the Swezey Trophy was donated by the Swezey family in 1996 to recognize an outstanding Optimist sailor. Every GSBYRA Junior Regatta in italic face counts toward the point total. Before the sailing season begins, the Class Fleet Captain may designate additional regattas to count. *Deed of Gift amended in 2015.
